Lugh is a god of victory, martial skill, lightning and trickery among the most western lands. He is unusual for being a trickster deity that is held in reverence; indeed, he is one of the highest deities in his region.
Lugh is a god that is more concerned with the state of his people than any form of right or wrong; completely willing to engage in trickery, murder and theft and coupled with a martial skill of deific proportions, he is as fierce as the lightning he controls. All he asks of his priests is that their actions do not lead his lands into ruin or occupation by foreigners.
Clergy and Temples
Several temples are dedicated to Lugh in the northwestern isles. He is usually worshipped alongside several other deities and is among the most popular among the general populace.
